Research at University College London (UCL) in the UK was published in Archives of Internal Medicine found that behaviors healthy were more likely to occur with a partner. The important social support as their daily walk

I believe that being connected is more important than we realize. Having the support of a partner, family or close friends plays an important role in how they thrive and deal with the challenges we face.

The lack of social support, however, can increase stress, anxiety and depression. These take a toll on our physical and mental health, and can make our bad habits worse, research programs, such as increased smoking and drinking, and the continued lack of physical activity.

all boils down to this: Social support is as important as your daily walk or eat healthy, so keep that in mind.
