Professor Stein is Professor Emeritus of Oxford neuroscience which states that the human brain is changing as a result of corn and sunflower oils.

He added:

Grootveld Professor De Montfort University in Leicester disagrees with that.

It is said that the authorities have been warning us of how bad these oils are. But series of experiments found that butter is a better choice for frying.

Their study shows how vegetable oils undergo very complicated chemical reactions resulting from the accumulation of large quantities of hazardous compounds.

This is why nutritionists warn of frying food.

To protect themselves from dangerous diseases, stop eating processed foods.

These fried foods that are packaged in the supermarket are all cooked with vegetable oils.

At least they say they are cooked with it. You do not know the process behind it.

If you buy fresh, be sure to boil or bake.

You will see that it tastes much better when mixed with vegetables.
