Natural News Heath – A bioactive compound found in turmeric could help repair the damage brain, according to new data.
Research published in the journal stem cell research and therapy shows that a compound called aromatic (ar) -turmerone promotes cell proliferation and differentiation mother the brain, which means it could be a future treatment for neurological, such as stroke and Alzheimer’s disease disorders.

Ar-turmerone is the least studied of two important bioactive compounds found in turmeric. The other compound is curcumin, which is well known for its anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties.
