- 1/2 organic lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons raw, organic honey, unfiltered, preferably local
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 250 ml of water
- Boiling water.
- Add the cinnamon, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Pour the boiling water over the ingredients in the glass.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool.
Once cooled half drink in the morning when you wake and a half before going to bed. This drink works best on an empty stomach.
