Tibetan Tea from 5 Herbs for Youth and Long Life

This is the recipe that prolongs life and maintains youth:


  • 100 g of chamomile
  • wort 100 g of San Juan
  • 100 g (Gnaphalium uliginosum)
  • 100 g of birch buds
  • 100 g leaf of wild strawberry


Mix all herbs too. Pour half a liter of boiling water over two tablespoons of mixed herbs before. Place the mixture in a thermos and leave for 5-6 hours.
