This soup recipe has many active healing when it comes to colds, flu, ear infections and other diseases affecting the immune system.
2 large onions, finely chopped
50 cleaned, peeled garlic gloves
1 tsp. chopped thyme
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch of herbs such as bay leaves, parsley (you can use dried-spice)
2 tsp. olive oil
2 teaspoons. butter
6 cups of 250 ml, chicken soup
chopped 3 cups bread cube
First heat the oven to 180 degrees. Second cut the top (1/3) of garlic and then wrapped in foil with olive oil. Then put the garlic and olive oil wrapped in the oven and bake for an hour and a half. After it out and let it cool.
In a saucepan add 2 tbsp. olive oil, a little butter and onion over medium fire and onion stew for 10 minutes. After you add the cooked onion to cooked onions, stir and add the chicken broth, thyme and bunch of herbs.
Before adding the bread cube-shaped lower heat. Then stew for 5 minutes until the bread softens.
