In a study of 50-year on longevity, by the Department of Health Sciences at the University of Gothenburg Sweden, it has identified a combination of factors to be considered for long life. These conclusions are based on the lives of Gothenburg 855 men born in 1913 and closely observed and studied.

Men answers to detailed questions about their habits, health and family life at age 54, 60, 65, 70, 80 and, in some cases, 100. As the surveys were conducted, the researchers considered factors that seem to promote longevity.
