The Secret to Self-Healing

What would you say is the number one of the most important aspects that keeps you healthy and is the secret to self-healing?

Diet?

Sleep?

Exercise?

If these well are all great, if you are not doing this one thing, none of that matters pairs.

Our physical body, and every cell of our body can only be in 1 of 2 states at a given time.

We are responding well to life every day outside of fear (worry, anger, failure, criticism) or faith (love, hope , joy, peace, optimism)

Two States Your Body

Option one: Sympathetic AFRAID state

  • we enter this state when we feel fear, shame, frustration, anger, envy, worry, anxiety, etc.
  • Our cells + hormones are in survival mode, they are not growing, being produced, repair or protect your body from foreign invaders.

Option Two: parasympathetic FE been

  • The cells are growing, repair , protection
  • the part of the brain that allows us to have compassion, to be able to see the big picture of things, have the motivation, inspiration, creativity, and to see the solutions are active
  • You are aware, in impulse control and can think and speak clearly.
  • all hormonal systems are being implemented as planned.
  • is active self-healing systems of the body.

The problem is that we are in option A way too small triggers in our daily lives. Traffic, financial worries, stress at work, stress in relationships …

90% health and hormonal problems are caused because people are in the area that way too often, that physically does not allow each body system to function as it is supposed to.

Unforgivness, envy, anger, anxiety, Worry put us all in a state that literally destroys the body. While love, joy, gratitude and heal the body.

We want to be the second option as often as possible.

You could be eating the healthiest food in the world, sleep well and exercise all day, but if you are constantly in fear (fight or flight, sympathetic) that the physical body can not be healthy because their immune and hormonal systems turned off.

The problem is that seeing so many people trying to be healthy eating and exercise perfect constatly- however, have a fear of food and not exercising. If you have thoughts of fear about eating something that is not “healthy” eating out, or may not be in perfect control- your body can not heal because you are in a state of stress.

The Secret to Self-Healing

We all shoot, all the time but now we have to be aware of it! Only when we are aware that we are provoked we have the power to change our automatic reaction-and change our bodily states in demand.

We know that our health is determined based on our ability to remain in a positive chemistry statement, no matter what is happening around us.

and not our circumstances that affect our bodies, but rather our thoughts about what we are experiencing is what determines what state we are in.

That’s amazing! We could be facing the most stressful situation in the world, but if our thoughts centered on delivery, learning and gratitude, the body remains in a state of healing!

both can be done anytime and anywhere. The more we do, the healthier you will be!

Basically, doing what brings joy and peace will initiate self-healing, because it puts you in a state parasypathetic. Going for a walk, painting, dance, cooking- anything to you, make sure you are doing allowing them to heal.

  1. Most people are in a sound state of each day, most of the day. In this state, the hormonal system and the immune system is not working -.> It leads to health problems
  2. When will skyrocket or stressed, you need to take time each day to breathe and generate positive emotions to change the parasympathetic state, where the body systems are working perfectly to keep you healthy.
