I used vitamins and other nutritional supplements in my health center for decades.

This is how I recommend you take these supplements every day:

  • Omega-3: Take 60 mg. form of EPA and 500 mg. DHA shape. And make sure you get them from a combination of oil squid and krill oil, because these sources are less polluted than fish oil. Omega-3s reduce the chances of heart attack and stroke, and regulate triglyceride levels much better than statins. 2 Among its other benefits, reduce the risk of cancer in the colon, breast and prostate.
  • B vitamins: Take 800 mcg. B9 (folic acid); 500 mcg. B12; 2 mg. B6. Vitamin B9 has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. And it helps build muscles and promotes healthy red blood cells. Vitamin B12 is essential for many digestive functions, cell reproduction, and protects against various cancers. Meanwhile, B6 plays many important roles throughout the body, including the digestive, nervous, muscular and immune systems.
  • Chromium: 400 mcg. of either chromium or niacin polynicotinate chromium. This element can help your body metabolize sugar, slowing weight gain and the chances of diabetes.
  • Lutein: 20 mg. and zeaxanthin: 1 mg. Your eyes need high concentrations of these biochemicals. Lutein protects the retina against sun damage. Zeaxanthin protect the retina from the harmful by-products created during the common biochemical reactions. Together, they help prevent many eye diseases associated with aging, including macular degeneration.
