Soup That Will Protect You From Colds And Flu


This soup is made up of very potent ingredients such as garlic, ginger, black pepper and onions. It will certainly strengthen the entire immune system

Ingredients needed:

– 3 liters of water

– 1-2 tablespoons freshly ground ginger .

– 2-3 cloves garlic

– 1/4 of an onion

– 1 tablespoon sage

– 1 tablespoon thyme

– 1 large sprig of rosemary

– 1 cup celery leaves chopped

Method of preparation:

Put ingredients in a large pot and place the pot on the fire. Once the mixture begins to boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. Strain the resulting mixture and then pureeing vegetables through droppers.
