Skin Types and Care - Normal, Dry, Oily, Combination, Sensitive

a healthy skin is happy skin. So keep it soft, smooth and ever bright, care must be careful and ensure to grow old gracefully. Each type of skin needs different care and comfort to maintain its soft texture everywhere.

What is your skin type?

You have heard the rumors about normal, oily, dry, combination or sensitive skin types. But what do you have?

You can change over time. For example, younger people are more likely than older people who have a normal skin type.

What is the difference? Its type depends on such things as:

  • How much water in the skin which affects its comfort and elasticity
  • How oily that is, affecting its smoothness
  • How sensitive is

Here are some simple steps to suit the needs of every skin type:

Normal Skin- not too dry, not too oily, normal skin has:

  • no or some imperfections
  • no severe sensitivity
  • pores barely visible
  • A radiant [cutis

A normal skin is indeed a blessing with the right balance of oil. Therefore the mantra to retain its magic to life is to keep hydrated. One should never forget to drink enough water (about 2-3 liters per day) with regular sessions skin care basically include cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Any product that has some amount of lemon, sandalwood, rose and fennel better requirements such skin suit.

Dry Skin- You may have:

  • almost invisible pores
  • Dull, rough skin
  • Red spots
  • Your skin is less elastic
  • More visible lines

Your skin will crack, peel, or become itchy, irritated or inflamed. If it is too dry, it can become rough and scaly, especially on the back of the hands, arms and legs.

Dry skin can be caused or aggravated by:

  • Your genes
  • aging or hormonal changes
  • Time as wind, sun or cold
  • ultraviolet (UV) tanning beds
  • indoor heating
  • long, hot baths and showers
  • ingredients soaps, cosmetics, cleaning products or
  • Medication

Although steam shower feels good, however, a hot bath is not all when it comes to dry skin type. A soft gentle cleanser will help open the pores of the skin and allows the skin to breathe, therefore, allows proper blood circulation. Face masks should be used in a suitable time interval and not quite frequently.

Oily Skin- You may have:

  • large pores
  • dull or bright, thick-set
  • points blacks, pimples, spots or other

to get rid of oiliness, free face washing oil would be sufficient. A sufficient protein diet with lots of green vegetables naturally heal the skin. Sunbathing should be avoided at all costs to reduce the retention of excess moisture.

Combination Skin- Your skin may be dry or normal in some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone (nose, forehead and chin). Many people have this type. You may need slightly different attention in different areas.

Combination skin can have:

  • The pores that are larger than normal, because they are more open
  • Bullets
  • shiny skin

One type of combination skin is quite difficult to handle as some parts of the skin becomes dry and flaky, while the T-zone, which is basically the nose, chin and front, it tends to be oily. Therefore, the most preferred treatment for this skin type is to give a gentle washing with a water-soluble cleanser to avoid any skin irritation. A soft gel cleanser foam base will also serve the purpose.

Sensitive skin- may be shown as:

  • Redness
  • Itching
  • Burning
  • Dryness

If your skin is sensitive, try to figure out what your triggers so you can avoid them. There are many possible reasons, but often is in response to certain products for skin care.

A sensitive skin is much more prone to irritation, redness agitations, and skin. Therefore, a natural or ayurvedic product with a negligible amount of chemical composition helps to solve problems. For skin prone to allergies, you should avoid using abrasive scrubs, soaps or cleansers too hard, mint scrub and a hot or extreme cold wash for the face. To restore the proper balance of moisture, the skin should stay hydrated throughout the day.
