  • 7 TB of cold butter
  • 3 to 4 TB organic cane sugar or pure coconut sugar
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ¼ of sodium bicarbonate
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (vanilla extract works if you no almond extract in hand – if you can grab the almond extract recommend it even though it really makes the burst of flavor)
