Scientists Discover Natural Treatment for Kidney Stones

suffering from kidney stones often described as the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Some women say it’s even worse than childbirth.

and current treatments and preventive measures do not work very well.

But now researchers say they have discovered that an extract natural fruit stops kidney stones.

What’s more, unlike medicines and communication procedures, which has no undesirable side effects. It excited researchers say is the first substantial advance in the treatment of kidney stones in 30 years. 1.2

Kidney stones are created when calcium oxalate crystals form inside the kidneys. They can get stuck in the urinary tract. This can cause a blockage and tremendous pain. “Passing a stone” can be so unbearable that over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen do not help.

Doctors usually use potent opioids like Percocet or Vicodin. As I have said, they carry the risk of overdose, addiction and heart problems. In severe cases, patients receive intravenous morphine or Dilaudid. 3

If the calculations do not pass on their own, they can be divided with sound waves. This is called lithotripsy. Another treatment uses a small endoscope threaded through the bladder to reach and remove stones. In some cases, surgery is required.

All options ranging from dangerous unpleasant.

And even if a kidney stone is passed, you are not out of danger. People tend to them on several occasions. Often in families. 4

If you have a kidney stone, which has a 50% chance of getting another within five years. The risk is 80% within 10 years. 5

Doctors often tell people at risk of kidney stones by drinking plenty of water and avoid foods high in oxalate. These include spinach, almonds, okra, and rhubarb. They can also tell patients taking potassium citrate. It can slow the growth of the stones but not stop them. And it has side effects. These include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

None of these preventive measures work for a high percentage of patients.

game-changer for Sick Kidney Stone

Researchers at the University of Houston decided to find a better way. They wanted to see if a natural compound called hydroxycitrate (HCA) would be more effective. HCA is a citric acid derivative of the brindle berries or tamarind.

What they found surprised them. And it could change the treatment of kidney stones forever.

When the experiments began, it was expected that the HCA would be a natural alternative to potassium citrate. They hoped it would stop growing kidney stones. Instead, laboratory experiments showed HCA actually dissolve the crystals. This was unexpected. The results were so surprising, repeated the experiments to ensure that the results are correct. 6

Then the HCA was evaluated in a small group of human subjects. Tests showed the formation of kidney stones inhibited supplements in people prone to them. Now they are planning tests in broader human. 7

Here’s more good news: hydroxycitric acid supplements are available in health food stores and online. They not have adverse side effects. So even before it is completed more extensive testing, patients with kidney stones have nothing to lose now taking.

Some natural health experts say HCA has other benefits. Proponents say it helps with weight loss, relieves pain in joints, causes regular bowel movements, and enhances athletic performance. But these claims have not been verified in studies. 8

The recommended dose is 500 mg taken 30 to 60 minutes before a meal three times a day. patients with kidney stones should consult their doctor before taking HCA.
