Natural Way to Suppress Your Appetite and Shrink Your Waistline

In a recent research trip through the rainforest in Bali, my friend showed me a tree Westi called Cananga odorata (also known as ylang-ylang ) that is highly valued by the pleasant scent of its flowers, which are widely used in perfumes.

But traditional Balinese healers as my friend Westi know it has much more to offer.

ylang-ylang has been used for centuries to suppress appetite and control food cravings , in addition to helping reduce anxiety, depression and stress.

The signals of satisfaction and welfare that triggers can help eliminate hunger and annoying cravings that lead to uncontrolled snacks.

I tried ylang-ylang and was impressed with its ability to curb appetite. It is one of the new recommendations I give my patients.

But I have found other natural ways to calm your appetite , too. Some of them, such as ylang-ylang, come from my trips to Bali, India and Southeast Asia. Others who probably have in your cupboard or refrigerator at this time.

However, soothe your appetite helps restore sensitivity to hormones to burn fat and help you lose those excess pounds.

There is a plant of Western India famous for over 4,000 years known to suppress appetite and stop thinking about hunger.

In the medical journal Appetite, researchers reported that “waist circumference and hunger levels over the observation period showed a significant decrease in the experimental group than in the placebo group.” i

Because it is so effective, adding ylang-ylang my newly reformulated ultra slim Bali. You can also add as ylang-ylang essential oil. It is cheap and readily available online and in health food stores.

Mix 2 to 3 drops of ylang-ylang oil with one ounce of carrier oil (such as olive oil) and massage into the skin twice daily. If you prefer to use it in a bath, mix 10 drops with water.

Caralluma fimbriata is also ultra thin Bali and can be found online, too. But if you are taking on your own, you need a larger dose. About 500 mg to 1,000 mg a day 30 minutes before a meal.

ylang-ylang and Caralluma fimbriata are my favorites, and I’ve seen that produce great results in my own patients and readers. But there are other ways to help reduce the feeling of hunger.

Here are some whole foods with hunger busting can use today:

almonds-walnuts

almonds and walnuts: Nuts in general they are an easy way to eat less during the day. Nuts in particular, contain omega-3 fatty acids and helps control hunger. It takes about 30 minutes to start, and remember to eat in moderation. (It is easy to move on, and binging.)

flaxseed

Flaxseed: These seeds are a blow to knock back the appetite. They contain good fats, protein and soluble fiber; all of which help to push back those hunger pangs between meals. Sprinkle on your salad or cottage cheese, or eat them raw.

apples

Apples: If you are looking for a quick way to feel full, or even a meal replacement, apples are a great choice . A large apple has about 5 grams of soluble fiber, which gives you the feeling of being full. And apples have a lower glycemic index, so that the sugar level does not rise in the blood.

coffee

Coffee Caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant. In moderate doses, it stimulates the central nervous system and soothe your appetite when in motion.
