Want to lose 10 pounds in just three days? This is the right diet for you, the military diet.
This military diet is very simple really. Just stick properly to plan with minor changes as an exchange of fruit, for example. You will eat precise meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fats are not strictly allowed, remember that first. The diet lasts for three days as I said earlier and actually will improve your metabolism and burn all fats.
Note that after completing the first 3 days of standing by for 4 days and the steps are repeated for another 3 days.
-Day 1 – On the first day for breakfast eat 1 slice of toast, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2 grapefruit and 1 cup of coffee or tea is your choice as it contains caffeine. Take 1 slice of toast, 1/2 cup tuna and 1 cup of tea / coffee for lunch. Dinner should contain 1 cup green beans, 3 ounces of meat of your choice, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana and 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
-Day 2 – For breakfast eat 1 slice of toast, 1 egg and 1/2 of a banana. For lunch 1 egg, 1 cup of cottage cheese and 5 crackers. Take 2 hot dogs without bun, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 banana for dinner.
-Day 3 – The last day breakfast should contain 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 crackers and 1 small apple. 1 slice of toast, 1 hard boiled egg or want for lunch and dinner take 1 cup tuna, 1/2 banana and 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
Note that working out during this diet as much as possible really. Do activities like jumping rope, running and weight loss etc. The less active people who have difficulty in these activities should do just walking or gentle stretching.
