Modern medicine likes to tell that chronic diseases are in their genes. Perhaps you are worried about inheriting her mother’s cancer, heart disease or your father, or arthritis of her grandmother.
I never bought into that.
I tell my patients who are not “destined” for some modern diseases. These are the results of your primary body collide with a hostile environment.
Genes are only part of the equation. External influences such as diet and environment affect how your genes are expressed.
I’ve seen it many times with my own patients. And the scientific field of “epigenetics” proves what I have always believed :. External factors can change the “good” genes and genes from “bad” off
If you can control how these external factors impact on your body, you have the power to reprogram their own DNA.
This means you can “teach” your body to slow aging, live longer and prevent disease. And now, an emerging field of anti-aging medicine called gene therapy allows you to do just that.
If you were one of the guests at my recent Summit Palm Beach Anti-aging, which would have been lucky to see the presentation of Elizabeth Parrish, founder and CEO of Bioviva Sciences. Earlier this year, Elizabeth made medical history by becoming the first person to be treated with gene therapy to reverse biological aging.
Bioviva is currently developing a gene therapy to reverse debilitating age-related diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and Alzheimer’s disease.
I’ll explain how it works …
express its best car
Genes provide the basic biological code for the determination of the functions of its cells, including those that control aging and disease.
You see, in their genes is a sophisticated network of chemical switches that surround their DNA and genes turn “on” and “off”.
Bioviva has found a way to influence gene expression by cell intervention. By using carrier viruses, DNA binding may directly into cells of a patient to modulate the genes are expressed and which are not.
This therapy tip is the beginning of a new era of regenerative medicine , where patients receive genetic cellular level changes – not only treat the disease but to reverse aging .
These chemical switches are also sensitive to the external environment. So what you put into your body and contacts also has the power to turn genes on and off.
The bad news is our modern world is full of triggers that become good and bad genes of genes, leading to a negative gene expression and ultimately disease.
These bad triggers include processed foods, refined grains and sugars, in addition to heavy metals and harmful chemicals around us in our environment every minute of every day.
But as I tell my patients, positive expressions of their DNA under their control. And taking control of your genetic code is easier than you think …
Gene Therapy totally natural
You can not change the genes you are born. But you can change the way they are expressed in the course of his life – through nutrition and exercise.
First, be sure to eat whole, unprocessed foods similar to the diet of our ancestors. Choose healthy proteins, such as beef and grass-fed fish caught in the wild.
Avoid sugars and other foods rich in carbohydrates. Also, add green leafy vegetables and berries in your diet.
Second, keep the heart and lungs strong and vigorous doing short bursts of exercise 4-6 days a week. Exercise like my PACE program not only prevent a number of diseases in itself, but also will make your body better able to respond to negative environmental factors.
Finally, it should be complemented with a couple of key nutrients that have been shown to positively affect gene expression:
Pterostilbene -. This nutrient is clinically proven to modulate the expression of genes directly related to longevity, including genes that induce the death of cancer cells, reduce inflammation and reduce blood sugar i II iii
recommend Pterostilbene 50mg per day is obtained. You can get small amounts of it in fruits such as blueberries and red grapes, but it is almost impossible to get enough food. That’s why I recommend a supplement.
juice Granada – Studies show juice Granada protects against cancer, type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis and other disorders is by inducing beneficial alterations in the gene expression. Look juice Granada cold pressed, with no organic syrups or sweeteners. You can find online and in most health food stores.
Following these simple steps will increase your chances of living a long, healthy, disease free life.ivvviviiviii
