How does a Mama Used to Earth observation for hormonal balance
In 2009, I learned I had big fibroid tumors in the uterus and my ovaries. They had been there a long time, it seemed that was 8 months pregnant and had looked that way for about 10 years.
Because of fibroids, my irregular menstrual cycle, usually it was becoming life threatening. became severe anemia due to heavy blood loss. My hemoglobin level was so low, a paper cut would have been fatal.
I am, and have long been an advocate of Herbs and essential oils for healing. And, yes, I was very skeptical at first, like most people. However, I have found they are very strong, healing and beneficial for my body.
hormonal problems have existed for a long time, they are not fun! In fact, if we could skip the whole mess, that would be great, would not it?
I will share my experience with the use of essential oils for hormonal imbalance and issues that have been greatly diminished.
The use of essential oils: clary sage and rose geranium
The essential oils of sage and rose geranium have proven to be most extraordinary for me. However, I did not realize until recently, when I ran out and not buy more than 3 months how much my body needed these two oils.
Three days after losing, I began to feel of . You know what I mean? Out of control, out of balance, decentered. However, because my mind was no longer operating at full capacity because it was no longer its implementation, which did not register to me at that time why I felt that way.
Since my hysterectomy, even from the first day, it felt as if someone had brain surgery on me and had shut down some important neurons in my brain. was not me! I asked my husband what others did, besides hysterectomy … and I’d get that “is missing!” search. You know the one!
Therefore, after running out of essential oils, which had only been in place for two years, he was beginning to feel that way again.
Even my boss told me that my coworkers was asking what was wrong with me. She asked me, ‘Tammy, you are out of your Herbs again?’ I said I was out of a few (again, I was not thinking essential oils) and I have to buy more and start taking back.
When I was asking them, I remembered being out of essential oils. Then I realized! was when I started to feel out, distracted, quiet and little social! Therefore, the next day, I bought more, even before Herbs arrived in the mail.
After three days, I felt better. So much better, everyone realized!
Our feet have no hair, no sebaceous glands and five layers of the skin. There are about 72,000 nerve endings in each foot. Pores are extremely absorbent and pull the essential oils into the bloodstream and will throughout the body in less than 20 minutes. That is powerful! Each body system and function are represented in the feet and hands.
If you get a 1-ounce bottle of sage and rose geranium, each have about 600 drops. That’s a lot!
This is how I apply dry clean feet
- Apply 3 drops of diluted sage and rose geranium next Vamp
- Massage at the bottom of the foot by hand for 30 seconds (go ahead and rub some on top of foot)
- Please sock or just sit with your feet up for 20 minutes
- Repeat the other foot
I can not tell you how much I appreciate these two oils. So, why I chose these oils in particular?

- hemostatic (stops bleeding)
- improves blood flow

Recently, in the last two weeks, I added incense essential oil my morning routine . This particular essential oil is also antitumor and antidepressant, but is also known to stimulate the brain’s limbic system and the hypothalamus, pituitary and pineal. The hypothalamus, in particular, is the master gland of the human body, producing many vital hormones for peak physiological and psychological health.
What doctors say about this?
My doctor, in particular, does know about some healing herbs and its importance in optimal health. And although it is a doctor, also you know that the drug is less man-made, the better. He has encouraged me to continue using herbs and essential oils that have been doing well for me maintain optimal health. In his words, it is much better to be in less medicine made by man.
Is this right for you?
Initially, when I started looking for natural alternatives for healing, I was very skeptical. Because, if they were so great, why doctors prescribe medicines?
Therefore, I decided to start testing them … while still very skeptical … I was completely surprised by the results! Right here, I mean and we encourage you to talk to your primary care physician about essential oils and herbs before.
do not take only essential oils clary sage and rose geranium. I also take, where necessary: peppermint , eucalyptus, German Manzanilla , ginger, rose absolute and several others, depending on the symptoms. I’ve been very happy over the last 25 years of use of essential oils.
