Home remedy for sore throat: you have to try this
In his publication on Instagram, Luke shares the ingredients you need to make the mix. Includes cloves, cardamom, lemon and cinnamon.
To prepare this tea, you need to mix cardamom, cloves, a bit of burnt lemon, some fresh lemon and cinnamon in hot water and boil it. You can add a little honey to sweeten it. Drink this hot tea to relieve sore throat, cough and cold.

1. Salt water gargle
Gargling saltwater is, without a doubt, the simplest and most effective home remedy for sore throat. Take a little water and add half a teaspoon of salt.
