INGREDIENTS

  • juice 1 1/2 cups red or pink grapefruit, preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Seltzer
  • 1/2 cup gin
  • 2 tablespoons Campari
  • ice cubes
  • grapefruit wedges or slices for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. grapefruit juice Shake, Seltzer, gin and Campari together in a jug.
  2. Fill 4 glasses with ice and top with cocktail mix. Garnish with grapefruit, if desired.

PREPARATION

  1. Working in batches if necessary, melon puree, 2 cups water, lemon juice and sugar in a blender until smooth and sugar has dissolved completely, about 45 seconds. Filter through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Add the remaining 2 cups water, mix well, and adjust the flavor with more lemon juice, if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. To serve, mix well and pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
