Fast Relief For Heartburn

When heartburn strikes, a quick and reliable way to deal with pain is needed.

But before taking another antacid or a drug like Nexium, Prilosec, Prevacid or there’s something I want to share with you.

heartburn drugs actually worsen your condition over time. And there is new evidence that increase your risk of heart attack by up to 20%.

I know it’s frustrating to hear another prescription is doing terrible things to your body.

But today, I’ll show you some options that off heartburn almost immediately.

These options are safe, affordable and easy to use.

Let me explain.

More Problems Linked to Drug acidity

You may have seen the headlines recently. Confirms something I’ve heard of heartburn medications for years, and that they do not prescribe them.

These drugs increase the risk of heart attack by 15% to 20%.

Reason is a powerful molecule called nitric oxide (NO).

heartburn drugs called proton-pump inhibitor (IBP), block the production of nitric oxide, which causes blood vessels become stiff and narrow. This leads to a lack of oxygen, which can cause a heart attack.

This effect was confirmed by the latest study.

The study’s principal investigator, Dr. Nigam H. Shah, of Stanford University, concluded: 1

“[G] iven the underlying biology and the effect of these drugs reduction of nitric oxide in the walls of blood vessels, the observed association is not very surprising. .. “

If you’re a regular reader, you know how much I value nitric oxide. It is a super nutrient that increases lung capacity, helps your heart to pump blood and oxygen to the cells and even helps your performance by allowing blood vessels to expand bedroom and relax when needed.

Nitric oxide is something that has more of … no less … and that is the real problem with heartburn drugs.

Like most nutrients, your body produces less nitric oxide as it ages, and that’s a problem.

Of course, the big pharmaceutical companies do not care if your reserve nitric oxide sinks like a stone. They make more than $ 14 billion a year from doctors handing out more than 100 million prescriptions heartburn.

But you do not need these drugs to get rid of the burning, agonizing pain which is kept at night.

You can banish forever with some simple heartburn remedies.

to fall sleep faster with the annihilation of heartburn pain

If you’re like me, kicking in acidity when set to go to sleep.

One reason for this is that your lower esophageal sphincter (LES). Your LES is the valve that connects the esophagus to the stomach. When eaten, the LES opens and allows food to enter the stomach. Then supposed to close, so that no stomach acid up into the esophagus.

When this valve stiffens, that does not close properly, and that may be one of the causes of heartburn.

If this is the cause of your heartburn, take magnesium can help. Magnesium is a mineral soothing and relaxing, and helps relax the LES so that it closes properly.

However, be sure to take magnesium chloride. This form of magnesium is better absorbed and is more likely to help your heartburn. Take about 450 mg once or twice a day and see if that helps. Depending on the brand, will each dose contains about 150 mg of magnesium and 350 mg of chloride.

Here it is another option.

Sodium Bicarbonate .

The secret is in the chemistry.

Sodium bicarbonate contains bicarbonate, which is a base which neutralizes the acid. If you remember your high school chemistry, you know bicarbonates help balance the pH, so it is less acidic and more alkaline.

This means that sodium bicarbonate can neutralize the acid in the stomach.

is as easy as mixing half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of 8 ounces of water before bedtime. You will be surprised how effective it is.

Sodium bicarbonate is not a long term solution, but it is a quick fix. And there are no side effects.
