I love following the recipes but I love the kitchen does not take much longer.

This is what I usually do for dinner in a week:

Each I change one of these proteins, carbohydrates and vegetables depending on what I have.

  • 2 fingerlings day stiry
  • 1 day taco
  • 1 day soup / stew
  • 2 salads day

Each dinner usually becomes my lunch the next day. So how to make this easier? One day make food preparation and make sure your kitchen is equipped with These cooking ingredients.

Food Preparation Sunday:

  • Cook a big pot of quinoa or brown rice
  • roast a couple of sweet potatoes and pumpkins
  • Slice and chop vegetables and place in bags for any meal during the week: the more the better
