The tortillas are so fun to eat, they are easy, delicious and quick. I enjoyed tortillas in many ways and with different variations. Here I’ll have to admit that with each new prescription tortilla try my love for her is doubled. I can not really stop experimenting with this divine devil, Mr. Egg.

I like to improve the taste of the egg by introducing different ingredients to my regular tortilla. And this recipe is a perfect fusion of two ingredients most beloved people around the world, potatoes and egg.

This is a simple recipe for breakfast, a potato and egg omelette. A Spanish tortilla is a combination of crispy potatoes and fried eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper. I have seen people setting recipe according to your taste and preference. Some common supplements are onions, green onions and herbs.

In my recipe to make a Spanish omelette, have given me a healthy twist. Instead of frying potatoes I prefer to grill, but it is entirely a matter of personal choice. Will also be perfect if you want to go with the method of deep frying.

Recipe: SPANISH TORTILLA


INGREDIENTS

4 medium potatoes companies

2 eggs

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Paprika


METHOD

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes
  • Place in a tray broil
