1/2 cup rice

2 chicken bone pieces

3 tbsp. finely chopped boneless chicken

2-3 cloves

3 green Cardamom

06.08 Black pepper whole

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 teaspoon onion Paste

1 teaspoon ginger garlic Paste

oil or ghee (clarified butter)

utensil used: pressure cooker

1. Heat the oil in a pan

2. add cumin seeds and let them crackle, now add other whole spices

3. Add the onion paste, stir and let it get pink, then add ginger garlic paste, mix well and add 2 tablespoons of water

4. Now add the chicken pieces, saute for a while

5. once everything is fine sauteed add rice

6. stir and mix very well

7. Add 2 cups water and salt according to taste

8. Pressure cook on low heat until you get 2 whistles. If you do not have a pressure cooker, cover with a thick cover, simmer and cook for 45 minutes on a low flame.

Once this is done Turn off the heat and let the release of the remaining pressure. Now remove the two pieces of bone plate as they have served their purpose infusion of nutrition and flavor to the dish.

Feeding this delicious pish pash caldoso your lil one, just be careful with whole spices, discard while feeding to prevent choking .This is a very easy recipe for chicken babies, it does not require no special skill to cook and also takes a lot of time.
