  • 1 large head cauliflower (organic)
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Add chia seeds in water and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. You may want to do this before starting preparation.
