This super easy recipe is packed with great ingredients that reduce stress levels while allowing the body to absorb some magnesium much needed simultaneously.

ingredients

  • 2 mugs Epsom salts
  • 20 drops lavender essential oil
  • dried lavender buds (optional)
  • dried rose petals (optional)

Equipment

  • A large glass jar with lid

Rations: glass jar

Instructions

  1. Fill your bottle with 1 cup salt Epsom.

  2. Add the lavender essential oil, replace the lid and shake until the oil is mixed with salts (there will be some oil in the vessel walls).

  3. Add the dried herbs (if desired) in the bottle, replace the lid and shake again.

  4. Add the other cup of Epsom salt into the jar and shake again.

  5. Once ready, use in a bath of agitation desired amount in the water – 1/2 cup of trying to start. Allow to dissolve the salts.

you can always add more if desired. Add enough mix to your bath to obtain the desired amount of aroma, relieve stress, relieve a headache and take magnesium.
