Blueberries: Antioxidant Health Benefits

My favorite childhood memories sun-drenched summer include walks of late years in search of wild blueberries in the emerald view British Columbia, Canada. Small amounts of juicy berries than they did in our buckets were brought back to be held in fruit smoothies, jams, or frozen for a delicious surprise in the coming winter months.
