The Big Mac is McDonald’s hamburger firm it is well known around the world (Israel has even a Kosher McDonalds). The question is … how to eat a Big Mac, even sometimes contribute to their risk of cancer?

In this series of processed foods is my goal to help consumers understand how the list of ingredients that are dangerous to your health. Authority, can make informed decisions about what to include and eliminate from your diet and break patterns of addiction that this type of non-food products created.

My hope is that the risks of chronic diseases, cancer, obesity, diabetes and sudden death will be enough to prevent ever having another “Big Mac Attack.” Otherwise, I hope you never want any other processed food or fast food again … even if it’s free!

Although the ingredients listed for the Big Mac come in a perfect seven, the reality is that there is much more to mention. In fact, the list of ingredients Big Mac contains a minimum of 91 ingredients consisting of sugars, fats, salts, chemicals, dairy products, wheat gluten, soy, and lots of genetically modified organisms ( genetically modified organisms). Some of these chemicals include artificial food colors and spices which means MSG (monosodium glutamate) and probably dyes which puts one at high risk for autism and cancer (yellow 5 and 6 and Red 40).

But that’s not all. When getting a Big Mac most people ask the combo which includes fries (18 additional ingredients) and a soda. So now your meal includes enough to top the chart in 109 ingredients … and that’s before considering the soda!

I have listed the exact ingredients account Big Mac in parentheses next to the main element of clarity and then details the real problem areas later.

This is where you expect to hear a drum roll, because without the special sauce that is only a double burger cheese. so here it is … 35 ingredients make up this famous sauce made famous Big Macs among fans of fast food.

Is it healthy? I think you can answer that by reading the ingredient list. Now for sesame bread that has 26 ingredients – chemical agents, and bleaching, GMO soybean oil, excess gluten and corn syrup high fructose. Do you get the picture? It’s bad for you, no matter how you try to rationalize it.

And for our grand finale, which is a burger without fries? So it’s not a combo and most consumers agree that you can not have one without the other.
