It’s that time of year again. The time we say goodbye to the summer vacation and prepare to return to school. There are many things to prepare as school, establishing routines tasks and creating routines morning and evening to help things run smoothly. With all this change happen, back to school can feel very hectic! Today I want to share some ways your family can use essential oils, both to return to school as the school year progresses!

In today’s post, my friend Chantal discuss many ways you can use again to essential oils school and help your child get the most out of this It coming school year.

How to use essential oils in this school year

Some of the things I struggled with most when I was in school were:

  1. Falling / staying asleep
  2. Have energy in the mornings
  3. Concentration for homework

Let’s break it down into 3 categories depending on top!

There are many types of essential oils that can help with this, but my 2 favorites are cedarwood and lavender. Sometimes I use the two to help me relax and settle into sleep but always at least I use cedar wood!

I have a few recipes and diffuser roller bottles in my ebook essential oil that help with sleep and today I will share my favorite mix diffuser to sleep with you. It come as no surprise that uses this blend of lavender and cedarwood!

Cedarwood (ATLAS) Essential Oil. 10 ml. 100% Pure, Undiluted, Therapeutic Grade. Cedarwood (ATLAS) essential oil. 10 ml. 100% pure, undiluted, therapeutic grade What you need :.

  • 3 drops of essential oil of cedar
  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil
  • water 70-100ml
  • A diffuser – Learn what to look for when buying a diffuser here

How to mix:

  1. Pour 70-100ml water in the diffuser. Note that all broadcasters have different amounts of water. If the diffuser has less water, please adjust the recipe accordingly.
  2. Add essential oils to water.
  3. Put the cover on the base of the diffuser, connecting and turning.
  4. Place the diffuser in your bedroom and start working with him 10-15 minutes before going to bed.

Safety note: essential oils are extremely powerful and it is important that the proportions are adjusted for use with children. I recommend using only 1 drop of lavender and 1 drop cedarwood in a minimum of 100 ml of water if mixture is used with children. More information about the safety of essential oil here .

Tips for using essential oils to help with sleep

  1. If the use of essential oils topically applied to the skin around 15-20 minutes before falling asleep. Although essential oils reach your bloodstream very quickly, I have always found that this period of time really helps me relax.
  2. If the use of aromatically essential oils (in a diffuser) I like rotating the diffuser in the bedroom about 15 minutes before going to bed to help create a more relaxed when I get into bed .

Essential Oils to help with Energy

have never been a morning person. No matter what I try my body just I hate to wake up! I go to bed feeling awake and awake feeling tired … really I have to fix that! Since I am not much of a morning person I have always been based on the use of essential oils to help me feel full of energy!

In my book I share the two diffuser and roller bottles for energy recipes, but today I’ll share a bottle prescription roll energy with you. The reason for this is because it is very convenient to put a roller bottle in your bag or backpack and use it whenever you need a pick me up during the day!

What you need:

  • 10 drops of essential oil of orange / orange wild (you can substitute this lemon if necessary)
  • 6 drops of essential oil of peppermint
  • a carrier oil as fractionated coconut oil or oil grape seed
  • A bottle of 10 ml roller

How to proceed:

  1. Pour 10 drops of orange ( or lemon) and eo eo 6 drops of peppermint his bottle roller.
  2. fill the rest of the roller bottle to the top with a carrier oil of your choice.
  3. Firmly push the top of the roll in the bottle and the cap is applied.
  4. gently shake the tail end of the bottle before applying to the skin.

Safety note: if this mixture is used with children adjust the recipe so you’re only using a total of 6-8 drops of oil essential (ie, 4 drops of orange and 2 drops of peppermint). Of course, this is only a guide, all children react differently so you may need to increase the mix a few drops depending on your child. I recommend starting with this relationship and go from there.

Get a boost of energy with this wake up roller blend made with orange and peppermint essential oils

Another way to enjoy the benefits of energizing essential oils throughout the day is to add 1 drop of peppermint and 1 drop of orange to a piece of jewelry essential oil broadcast. Essential Oils to help with concentration

Nobody wants to do the job, especially after a long day of school! But to do! I will share one of my mixes diffusers that will be especially useful for older children who are working on projects larger tasks weekends or who are studying for exams!

Note :. mix will share it contains fresh mint so avoid use in the evenings before bed as peppermint often increases energy and makes people feel awake

Efficiency Diffuser Blend

what you need:

  • 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops of essential oil of basil
  • 70-100ml of water
  • a diffuser

How to mix:

  1. Pour water 70-100ml in the diffuser. Note that all broadcasters have different amounts of water. If the diffuser has less water, please adjust the recipe accordingly.
  2. Add essential oils to water.
  3. Put the cover on the base of the diffuser, connecting and turning.
  4. Place the diffuser in the area under study and get to work!

If you are using this mixture with children who want to reduce the recipe to use 1 drop of peppermint and 1 drop of basil in at least 100 ml of water.

Use this efficiency diffuser blend while doing homework to help with concentration. It contains peppermint and basil essential oils
