‘ve found 6 easy ways to cleanse and detoxify my body. They work really. They have changed my life! I feel better than I’ve felt in years.
But first, let me share my story …
I’ve been on a three-year struggle with weight, sometimes angry and depressed in others not understand why my body has been holding weight when I’m eating healthy and staying active with a busy family and large regular exercise routines.
Is my age?
Am I sick of something really serious and do not know?
I’m going crazy? Yes, I’ve really thought about this, especially when he constantly tells me to eat less and exercise more, fast or get in this or that diet.
Mental fog, slowly, and frankly in-the-bed-in-eight o’clock exhaustion.
Can you relate?
I read an article after another and spent hours and money in laboratory tests in the medical and drugs and dietary supplements, such as thyroid armor.
felt like no one was listening and nothing happened.
And then, someone listened.
Earlier this year began working with a nutritionist, I guess what … HEARD !!!
After working together for a few months, he realized what he had thought way back in the back of my head all the time.
My body will not let go. You know, leaving GO .
Did you know you can store up to 25 pounds (or who knows, maybe more) of dirt in your intestines? Think of it a kind of plaque in the arteries.
preventing the body from absorbing the nutrients it needs and stores to get rid of harmful toxins. Without the absorption of nutrients and get rid of toxins, the body can not function properly and feel good.
So no matter what I did, it would not help.
Until I started cleaning.
If you are a little slow or just wants to be at its best, start with these daily habits that I use to clean every day.
My daily simple ways to detox
1. Use a dry brush before the shower.
This could not be easier. Simply brush your skin from his limbs and work your way to the intestine or heart in long runs.
may sound strange, but the blood flowed and feels invigorating.
Remember, too, your skin is the largest organ! Dry brushing is not only good for your skin. It also helps:
- Remove cellulite.
- cleanse the lymphatic system.
- remove dead skin.
- strengthen your immune system.
- stimulates your hormones and oil-producing glands.
- stretching the skin, preventing premature aging.
- tone muscles.
- Improving the functioning of the nervous system.
- aid digestion.
2. Take a shower immediately after dry brushing, alternating hot and cold water.
This also stimulates blood flow, helping to eliminate toxins that are releasing through detoxification. Hydrotherapy is a technique long tradition and you can do it right in your own bathroom.
is as easy as dry brushing (unless you can not handle the cold)! However do not worry, I struggled with it a little at first, too.
I started as cold water as I could handle it for about 30 seconds, then the water as hot as you can handle it for about two or three minutes. I alternated so do 7 each, hot and cold.
After doing this for a couple of weeks, I was transferred to myself pretty far over on the cold side and really impressed my husband, I do not think I would be able to do it! 😉
Why do therapy shower hot / cold water?
The action return of hot and cold blood movements inward towards the organs and then outward toward the skin unclog the blood flow they could be trapped and the increasing rate of detoxification.
3. Drinking hot lemon water with a touch of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning.
lemon helps clean arteries and helps your liver to help release toxins. It also helps regulate bowel movements (good for me!).
4. Before bed at night, take a salt bath.
This helps to release water retention, and help you sleep better at night. Epsom salt contains magnesium, which has several health benefits, such as reducing anxiety and pain relief.
Epsom salt baths help get the movement of colon and act as a kind of mild laxative, stimulating circulation and also help in the detoxification process.
I use 1 cup full of Epsom salt, 2 boxes of baking soda and half a cup of sea salt (yes, really … but worth it !!!)
5. take probiotics to give your gut a healthy microbiome.
microbiome is the population of microbes in the intestines. This is important, not only for digestion and aid in the absorption of vitamins and nutrients, but also for the elimination of toxins.
I have a family history of celiac disease and Crohn’s disease, which are both intestinal diseases commonly treated with probiotics.
6. Water, water, water!
My kids all get so tired of me telling them to drink water! It is my magic panacea for everything. : D
The daughter. “Mom, I have a headache”
Me: “How much water have you drank today”
But water is critical in the detoxification process, A) Yes! When you are pulling toxins out, you want to be sure that eliminate out !
But wait, there’s more?
If all the frustration I described at first sounds familiar, read on to take further purification.
If you are thinking you need a serious, go-no quarter cleaning, I recommend doing so under the care of a nutritionist or other health professional that you know professional and confident that , you know … listen.
There have been times when I wanted to quit and times when I was worried that I felt I was give birth for my intestines! My nutritionist has been there to hold my hand and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
serious cleaning can be a serious matter. Increasingly, we are learning how important our intestinal health.
recently read that doctors at the Mayo Clinic, Harvard Medical School, Yale and M.I.T. all say …
“Death begins in the colon.”
If you are having difficulty with any of the following, you may need a fresh start by cleansing and detoxification:
- focus / attention
- mood swings
- weight gain
- memory loss
For example, this powder is what I use. I know, it’s disgusting. The first time I drank I gagged too, but not surrender. I realized the right consistency of dust and water and add the juice of half a lemon. I can now easily chug! Check with your health care provider to see what they recommend if you think you need a colon cleanse.
What I have learned is that the first line of defense of the body is a healthy colon but our detoxification process internal can be broken, not only from a poor diet , but also from
- exposure to environmental pollutants in the air
- Food and water
- the lack of adequate fiber
- alcohol and excessive caffeine
- high voltage
- lack of exercise
- overuse of antibiotics
- All prescription drugs too common.
In this case, a state of toxicity takes over the body. A colon cleansing becomes one of the most important steps in detoxification.
cleansing has become an important part of my daily routine. I have more energy, sleep better, think faster and less forget, to name just a few benefits. Weight loss has become the icing on the cake, secondly how well I feel!
If you are ready to start cleaning, I recommend starting easy. If you feel you need to dive deeper, do not do it alone! Finding a health care professional who can guide you for safe cleaning and stay with you throughout the process.
