Warning Signs You May Have a Hormonal Imbalance

The emotions are hitting air conditioning in an Asian country … bam. You are angry, sad, elated, depressed, tearful, angry, moody; all while watching videos of cats.

Hormonal changes due to menstrual cycle are very normal and very common among women. The menopause hits women between the ages of 40 and 50 years and symptoms are hormonal changes, hot flashes, weight loss and gain among others. However, some unlucky ladies see these symptoms in their 30s. These indicators undergo a number of reasons ( no early menopause ), but have been linked to our lifestyle, diet, pollution and even toxins.

If you think you may be suffering from a hormonal imbalance, watch for the following symptoms.

If either individually these symptoms could mean anything, it can really affect your quality of life if you are a victim. A simple blood test can tell if your hormones are a bit disjointed.

1. Slowness

If you can not make it through the morning without any to pick (coffee, soft drinks, biscuits … whatever), then you might be suffering from a hormonal imbalance. There may be other reasons behind their lack of enthusiasm for being at work, but still often slow is something to keep an eye on. Try removing all sugar from your diet and replace it with high natural energy foods (like nuts).

2. Lack of sleep

Having trouble sleeping is enough frustrating when it happens occasionally, but if it is a common phenomenon that could be a sign that your hormones are out of sorts. Try going to the gym after work and have a really grueling workout, your body can get tired enough to throw your insomnia and help you get a good night’s sleep.

3. Buddha belly

If your stomach is a little rounder than usual, but has not changed his diet could be your hormones trying to tell you something. When it emphasizes the endocrine system, sometimes they produce less of certain hormones and produce more than others. There are some hormones (cortisol is one of them) that when produced in excess causes your body to store fat. If the fat is in the belly, which could be a sign that your hormones are not balanced.
