Magnesium is essential for many different reasons within our body and without it.
Our main organs would not be able to function and a deficiency may contribute to serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis. It can be found in many whole foods such as nuts and seeds, green vegetables and fish leaves. But how do we know if we are getting enough magnesium? And why is it so important?
