1. We sleep better than we think we

To most of us, sleep deprivation is a myth. We are not zombies. The National Sleep Foundation (which takes money from the industry sleep aid, including pharmaceutical companies that make sleeping pills) nonprofit, says the average US resident gets 7 hours at night and that’s not enough but a study by the University of Maryland earlier this year shows we typically get 8 hours and are doing well.
