Every day it seems a new diet is ready to make faster and easier than ever weight loss. Or at least they say they are.
“Most fad diets more or less like this: Take a few foods, give them the ‘magic’ power and establish a plan to convince people that eating this way and only this so will promote weight loss, “says Alexandra Caspero, RD, a nutritionist based in Sacramento, California.
Most of them are made to eat healthy foods and exercise continuously. This is why a lot of people, scientists try to present some techniques to lose weight faster. Unfortunately most of them do not work as they say.

- A bunch of organic parsley (about 2 ounces)
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of purified water
- Put the parsley in a blender after finely chopped
- Pour lemon juice in a blender on top of parsley
- Add the cinnamon and water
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, do not eat any food after at least 60 mintues.
- Drinking lemon juice, parsley for five days in a row
- STOP for 10 days and repeat this procedure for the next 5 days
