1. Turmeric ginger tea
simple, sweet and warming. This tea is great in the winter months when it comes to a cold night.
- 1 cup water
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons milk
- maple syrup to taste
Bring water to boil with turmeric and ginger, and then let the mixture boil to simmer for five minutes. Finally add the milk and add maple syrup to taste.
2. turmeric lemon tea
tangy, sweet and packs a kick. Great for an energy boost or if you have a cold.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- honey to taste
Mix the lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and pepper in a Cup. Add boiling water to the top then sweeten with a little honey.

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
- freshly ground black pepper

4. The Tonic
Prepare it in advance , keep in your refrigerator and drink every morning to brighten up your day or evening as up .
- 3 cups coconut water
- ½ cup sliced fresh ginger
- 1 lime, quartered and squeezed
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- 2 teaspoons honey
- the cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a container, store in the refrigerator overnight and serve cold with some fresh mint.
