4 diet tips to help beat constipation

For most of us, the day begins with a glass of hot water or tea and then a trip or two to the room bath. But sometimes, the routine fails. The culprit could be traveling, being in a different time zone, diet, or maybe you just got a nervous stomach. And that ruins the day, leading to mood swings, anger, headache, etc.

Here are some diet tips that can help get yourself to go every day without fail:

1) Fiber

Foods containing fiber is an excellent remedy to have a clean stomach. the fiber content in foods helps intestinal muscle contractions (peristalsis) that helps move food through the intestines without problems. Legumes such as beans, lentils and dried beans is good. Vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, carrots, etc., are also good sources of fiber. Citrus, apple, pear fruits also contain a good amount of fiber.

Including raw vegetables in your diet is a very good to have a good digestion method. The reason is that raw vegetables contain enzymes that help cleanse the intestine, if it contains particles of undigested food. So including yogurt in the diet is a good choice.

4) Water

Drinking plenty of water is a right choice to have a clean stomach. Drink one or two glasses of warm water in the morning is also beneficial. The fiber in the food we eat to absorb the water we drink. If you do not supply our body with enough water, then it can lead to constipation. So always remember to keep your body hydrated with lots of water.
